Artivism.today is an irregular event, meaning it happens when necessary rather than when scheduled, curated by the Laboratorio Intergalattico Giacomo Verde Artivista. It operates as a device for activating and reprocessing the memory of Giacomo Verde, artist, artivist, and activist, without fixing it into a stable narrative.
Memory as practice
Rather than commemorating, it reuses. Archives become living material, reopened and reactivated in the present.
Each edition brings together artists, activists, and researchers to test what remains operational in Verde’s approach: low-tech strategies, political urgency, collective formats.
